Dapeng Peninsula: fortress lanes and Luzui's coast

See Shenzhen's coastal side through old defensive walls, stone lanes and a day beside the sea.

Getting there and back: Private pickup from hotels in Shenzhen's Nanshan, Futian or Luohu districts for Yangmeikeng. The hotel's first-stop vehicle leg takes about 1.5 hours. This version picks up at the hotel at 09:00. Private return to the original hotel in those three districts. The product's final hotel-return drive takes about 1.5 hours. Indicative return to Shenzhen's transfer area is 17:00, not a transport last service.

Time and walking: Hotel-return window: 09:00–17:00, about 8 hours. Yangmeikeng, Luzui, Dapeng Fortress and Jiaochangwei: 1 hour each. Luzui has a cliffside boardwalk, Dapeng stone lanes, and Jiaochangwei seaside strolling. Luzui's cliffside boardwalk includes elevated views; this is not a purely flat route.

Tickets and timing: At reading, the 13–17-person English private tour started at US$57.03 per person; the 1–6-person English package at US$358.53 per person. Do not budget a small group using the large-group price.

Who it suits: Suits historic coastal-defence streets and rocky coast scenery in one day, accepting about 3 hours driving. Four one-hour stops are not an afternoon slowly exploring Dapeng. The observatory is not in this version; another unavailable product's title does not apply. Coastal walls, stone lanes and shoreline show another side of Shenzhen beyond its central business districts.

Arrange the date and time with the provider before putting this in your day.
