After enjoying the waterfall, return to Furong’s streets with a craft in mind. The town’s guide identifies Tujia embroidery and Miao silverwork among the goods sold: ask who made a piece and look at its construction instead of buying a costume photograph as your only memory. The visit is about observing and choosing, with purchases optional. Any making lesson needs a named workshop and a real appointment before you promise it to the group.
