Give Tianjin’s old streets a place to pause

Begin in Minyuan Square, take in the open oval and surrounding facades, then walk past Dalong Post Office toward Hunan Road and Wudadao Park. Add a short Dali Road loop if you still want more architecture. The square makes a useful pause between the narrower streets.

Many houses remain private. Use public streets and follow the signs at crossings; the pedestrian network does not make every surrounding road traffic-free.
