Getting tickets
Reserve a morning or afternoon slot before the visit day. Seven-day slots open at 08:00. If full, join the online waiting list before 20:00 the day before entry; allocations run 17:00–22:00. Wait for successful confirmation before travelling.

Booking, step by step
- In WeChat or Alipay, search 杭州灵隐飞来峰 and choose the reservation mini-program.
- Select your date and morning or afternoon slot; no same-day online booking. Choose Passport and enter each visitor’s exact identity details.
- If full, register for the online waiting list before 20:00 the day before entry. Check the message or mini-program for successful confirmation.
- Bring each original passport and arrive in your confirmed slot. Do not use the old onsite-registration fallback.
