Qinghai Museum 青海省博物馆
Use Qinghai Provincial Museum to connect the region’s landscapes with the objects and traditions of people who lived here. Choose a few displays around archaeology or making rather than attempt a complete chronology. It offers a rewarding indoor contrast to long road days and gives mixed-interest companions a more concentrated cultural visit. Leave time for explanations and choose the current displays. This can be the main stop of a measured Xining day rather than a filler between distant sights.
