How

Apply to Air China before you travel

Who qualifies

Connecting flights on one Air China ticket starting with 999. Your route, cabin and layover must qualify.

How to use it

Ask Air China to check your full itinerary, ticket number (starting with 999), cabin and layover. Identify the actual airport: Daxing’s published arrival window ends on 15 October 2026.
Choose the hotel or another eligible value-added service for that same flight segment; they cannot be booked together.
Reserve standard accommodation more than 24 hours before your connecting arrival, through Air China’s website, app or service hotline.
Keep the hotel confirmation and follow the airport transfer instructions.

Good to know

Advance booking is required; rooms are limited. Airport transfers depend on the hotel. Air China must confirm your reservation.

Full programme conditions

Eligible connecting passengers can reserve one free hotel night with breakfast. Airport transfers are included where the hotel provides them. Ask Air China to check your complete ticket before paying separately for a transit hotel. Eligibility depends on a 999 ticket, CA flight numbers, the actual operating airline, cabin and connection. Ordinary service covers listed hubs including Beijing, Shanghai Pudong and Hangzhou. Most listed airports use 2026 arrival dates; Beijing Daxing is limited to 27 April–15 October 2026. Book ordinary service more than 24 hours before the first connecting flight arrives, or deluxe service more than 50 hours before arrival. The airline table distinguishes same-day and overnight connections; keep that table intact rather than guessing from layover length alone. Hotel allocation is limited, and flight changes can cancel the service reservation. Only one value-added service can be booked for the same flight segment: transit hotel, transit lounge, premium chauffeur, or the listed air-ground intermodal service. Choose the service that best fits this connection. The published window excludes preceding flights arriving at Daxing from 16 October 2026; an already confirmed hotel stay tied to a qualifying earlier arrival follows its booking confirmation. Capital Airport and other listed airports have their own published windows.
