How to use it
- At a designated store, request the invoice and refund form; choose ordinary departure refund or ask whether refund-upon-purchase is available for your departure route.
- For ordinary departure refund, leave within 90 days of purchase and within 183 days of your most recent entry. Keep the goods unused and available for customs verification.
- For refund-upon-purchase, confirm the participating store, the departure agent and the 28-day departure deadline; another region requires the agents’ cooperation.
- Complete the applicable customs and agent formalities with your passport, goods and refund documents.
