You cannot find the booking QR or enter the venue
You are at an attraction and cannot find a usable admission credential, or staff cannot validate it. Establish the actual venue, order status and required entry document before buying again.
- Find the actual admission order, not just a bank/payment record. Match the venue, visitor, date and session using its ticket instructions.
- Ask staff whether this booking uses a QR, passport/ID, voucher exchange or another credential. This template does not impose one venue’s method on another.
- Show the existing order details at a staffed service point and ask what is missing. Use the no-fill-in missing-booking card if you cannot yet confirm the venue name, date or session; do not invent values to complete the detailed card.
What does the actual booking require?
- The Palace Museum requires the identification document used for the real-name booking and entry through Meridian Gate (午门, the south gate).
Its notice does not make a screenshot of a QR the universal admission credential.
- If the gate cannot match your reservation, bring the booking and original booking document to staff for help; the museum documents a comprehensive service window at Meridian Gate.
Admission still depends on a valid matching booking.
- The museum states it does not sell tickets on the day of visit.
Do not assume the recovery is to buy a new walk-up ticket.
- Use the original seller’s order/confirmation and look for the credential or contact that seller to resend it.
Exact retrieval menus must come from that seller, not this Palace Museum example.
- Ask the seller or venue: does this ticket require a live QR, accept a saved image, or need voucher exchange?
Follow the instruction for this exact ticket; if it requires a live code, ask where you can reconnect or get staffed help.
- Ask the seller or venue to establish confirmation, date/session and visitor details before purchasing again.
Do not infer a refund, reschedule or admission right from the payment alone.
- Ask staff whether the issue is visitor identity, date/session, entrance, ticket type or order status.
Follow the actual operator’s resolution; the template cannot authorize an override.
- Ask the venue service point what can be done for this ticket, then ask its actual seller about correction, reissue, exchange or refund under the ticket terms.
Keep the rejection explanation and order details; wait for their specific answer before buying again.
If that does not resolve it
- Order exists but credential is missing. Use the original booking channel to retrieve the credential or request help with the order.
- Credential still fails. Ask the venue’s staffed service point to establish the mismatch using the original booking details and required identity document.
- Admission cannot be established. Contact the actual seller about correction or refund under this ticket’s terms. Keep the order and the venue’s explanation; no refund or same-day entry is promised.
- You cannot enter today. Choose another activity or date only after checking its current availability; keep this order unresolved until its seller gives a clear outcome.
